ABB is seeking an HR transactional specialist to perform day-to-day HR transactions across service lines. You will ensure high-quality customer experiences while aligning with global HR standards and local regulations.

The role features a hybrid work model (8 days per month) and collaboration with an international team. Strong communication in Italian and English, plus basic Excel and SAP/Workday skills, are preferred.

Each day, you will ensure a high-quality customer experience by committing to complete, accurate and timely completion of HR transactions.
