ABB is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and govern the execution of the EL Service digital transformation program. You will collaborate across global teams to ensure planning, delivery and reporting of strategic digital initiatives.

The role focuses on governance, decision-making and delivering outcomes through change management and continuous improvement. You will work in a hybrid model with senior stakeholders and digital product teams, applying knowledge of digital delivery, PMO

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in program management, project management, or PMO leadership with a strong focus on digital transformation.
• Experience with governance, reporting, and portfolio management across diverse teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, budgets, risks and dependencies in a global organization.
• Passion for collaboration, organizational change, and driving alignment and continuous improvement.
• PMP or PgMP certification is strongly preferred and familiarity with Agile, OKRs and Stage-Gate is a plus.

You will have an opportunity to apply and grow your expertise by promoting effective decision-making, driving organizational change, and supporting the adoption of digital solutions and ways of working across the business.The work model for the role is: hybrid #LI-HybridThis role is contributing to the Electrification Service Business Area, Digital Transformation function, globally.Main stakeholders are digital product teams, engineering teams, regional and global business leaders, service organizations, and senior leadership teams.You will be mainly accountable for:Overseeing the planning, execution, governance, and delivery of strategic digital programs across the EL Service organization.Tracking program OKRs, budgets, timelines, risks, dependencies, and portfolio performance, while providing clear reporting and insights to senior leadership.Establishing and managing governance frameworks, decision-making processes, and escalation paths to ensure effective cross-functional execution.Driving change management initiatives and continuous improvements to support adoption of digital solutions and enhance program delivery effectiveness.Our team dynamicsYou will join a high-performing, collaborative, and globally connected team, where you will be able to thrive while helping shape the future of digital transformation within ABB Electrification Service.Qualifications for the roleYou have 10+ years of experience in program management, project management, or PMO leadership, with a strong focus on digital transformation, software delivery, or digital product development.You are skilled in project and portfolio management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, Aha, Rally, or Planview, and possess advanced knowledge of governance, reporting, and portfolio management practices.You have proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects and programs, cross-functional teams, budgets, risks, and dependencies within a complex global organization.You are passionate about collaboration, organizational change, continuous improvement, and driving alignment across teams.Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related discipline, with demonstrated experience in digital transformation and program delivery.You are at ease communicating in English, with the ability to present program status, risks, and recommendations clearly and confidently to senior leaders and global stakeholders.PMP certification is strongly preferred; PgMP certification, experience in industrial, manufacturing, energy, or field service environments, and familiarity with Agile frameworks, OKRs, and Stage-Gate methodologies are considered strong advantages.More about usABB's Service Division partners with our customers to improve the availability, reliability, predictability and sustainability of electrical products and installations.
