Job summary

QVC Group is seeking a Privacy & Data Governance Analyst to support privacy compliance and strengthen governance across our global operations. You will maintain data maps, collaborate with IT, Legal, and Analytics teams, and help ensure personal data handling aligns with internal standards and regulatory expectations.

The role is hybrid, on-site at Wielicka 30 in Kraków 3–5 days per month, with responsibilities spanning data processing documentation, privacy rights support, and governance

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in IT, Compliance, Data Management, Data Privacy, IT support, or a related field.
• Understanding of privacy principles, regulations, and good governance practices.
• Interest in developing expertise in privacy and the changing regulatory landscape.
• Familiarity with privacy-by-design concepts and their use in technology, systems, or cloud-based environments.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Very good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Word, Outlook, Excel and Visio.
• Experience with TrustArc or similar privacy management tools would be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain company data maps covering systems and business processes involving personal data.
• Lead or support discussions with business stakeholders to collect, validate, and document data processing information.
• Work closely with IT, Information Security, eCommerce, Analytics/Marketing, Legal, and People across privacy and information governance projects.
• Support privacy rights compliance and data verification activities.
• Help identify and document retention requirements across systems and business processes.
• Look for opportunities to improve governance processes, controls, and documentation.
