Responsibilities

• Handle basic employee inquiries and support team colleagues.
• Resolve inquiries in priority order and inform requesters of status.
• Follow up on ticket achievement and closure; ensure timely resolution.
• Support HR transactions: new hires, onboarding, terminations, promotions, transfers.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS; report discrepancies.
• Stay up-to-date with HR processes and work instructions.
