Job summary

RELX invites you to join our HR Shared Service team in Poland as an HR Shared Service Advisor. The role provides centralized HR support to employees and managers, handling time off, leave policies, and country-specific benefits in a hybrid, mostly home-based setup with occasional office travel.

You will maintain records in Workday, respond to HR inquiries, and collaborate with HRBP, COEs, and external vendors to improve service delivery across the employee lifecycle in a multinational

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 3+ years in HR service center/operations in a multinational.
• Fluent in English; French as a second language.
• Familiar with labor law of France.
• German or Spanish as a third language is a plus.
• MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Discretion handling confidential information.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and advise on solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide benefits and HR transactions for employees and managers, ensuring policy compliance.
• Respond to HR program queries; elevate complex issues as needed.
• Maintain employee records in Workday and ensure data integrity.
• Guide employees on self-service tools for HR transactions.
• Collaborate with HRBP, COEs, and external vendors to improve processes.
• Identify trends and opportunities for service center improvements.
• Participate in training to enhance HR service delivery.
• Engage with regional shared services team members.
• Coordinate with internal audit and external auditors on HR operations.
