Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; university students and graduates welcome.
• Up to three years of experience in administration, data entry, finance operations or related area.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Good organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.
• Confidence working with large amounts of information.
• Ability to work effectively in time-sensitive situations.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Willingness to learn and develop within the financial services industry.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update new deal information across internal systems.
• Collect and process data from various documents and sources.
• Maintain accurate records, lists and spreadsheets.
• Review entered information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Complete assigned tasks in line with established procedures and deadlines.
• Monitor shared email inboxes and respond to operational requests.
• Create and update reports and Excel spreadsheets.
• Support the team with other administrative and operational activities.
• Follow internal guidelines and escalate any data discrepancies.
