JL Exhibit Services is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team in Poland. You will accurately input, update, and maintain information across spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems, ensuring data integrity in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires excellent typing skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with CRM/ERP or database

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar administrative role.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and data entry software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with CRM systems, ERP platforms, or database tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accurately input data into spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems.
• Verify data accuracy and completeness before entering it into the system.
• Maintain and update customer, financial, and other data records as needed.
• Perform regular data backups to ensure data preservation.
• Review and correct data discrepancies and report any inconsistencies.
• Assist in generating reports as requested.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely.
• Follow data entry procedures and guidelines to ensure quality and consistency.
• Support other administrative tasks as assigned.
