As part of Sii Sp. z o.o., a leading technology and business services provider in Poland, we are seeking a Junior Operations Specialist in Warsaw. You will process and reconcile dividend-related transactions and support investment lifecycle events, working with data in Excel and internal systems.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Polish required.
• Students or graduates in Economics, Finance, or Linguistics.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a team player attitude.
• Residents of Poland required.

Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile dividend-related transactions and events.
• Support mergers, liquidations, and other investment lifecycle events.
• Update data in internal systems.
• Verify data on clients' investments in investment funds.
• Transfer data between banking systems and ensure correctness.
• Analyze data discrepancies in Excel.
• Communicate with international teams to detect irregularities in internal databases.
• Ensure that internal process deadlines are met.
