Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków is seeking a Junior Solution Engineer to join the Customer Service Team. You will contribute to configuring, developing and integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions across business processes, working with Product Owners and Architects to meet needs with quality and on-time delivery.

The role requires 2+ years in a similar position, hands-on knowledge of the tech stack, and a pragmatic, collaborative approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in a similar position.
• Hands-on knowledge of mandatory technologies.
• Familiar with configuration management principles and development tools.
• Experience with distributed systems is a plus.
• Experience in an Agile environment and cross-functional collaboration is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, develop and integrate IT solutions within the Dynamics 365 CE tech stack.
• Tailor technical solutions to OpCos requirements.
• Customize and configure systems to meet agreed scope.
• Develop and maintain configuration rules based on business needs.
• Collaborate with Product Owner and Product Architect to align with roadmaps.
• Support integration with other Heineken systems and data sources.
• Participate in testing and validation of configured solutions.
• Provide basic troubleshooting and technical support.
