Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków seeks a Lead Solution Engineer to join the Commerce IT DevOps Hub. You will translate business needs into architecture using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure, and Power Platform, guiding a team of senior engineers and architects across multiple markets in a hybrid work setting.

You will drive technical strategy, ensure on-time delivery, mentor engineers, collaborate with Product Owners, and maintain code quality, security, and deployment pipelines in a fast-moving, data-driven

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and its customization.
• Experience delivering global solutions across multiple markets.
• Strong English communication and mentoring skills.
• Hands-on with integration and architecture design.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, develop and deliver IT solutions within Dynamics and Azure.
• Integrate solutions with other Heineken systems to ensure seamless data flow.
• Mentor and develop engineering talent while fostering learning.
• Oversee technical challenges and manage backlog with stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to architectural guidelines and standards.
• Collaborate with Product Owner(s) to translate business needs into specs and services.
• Drive end-to-end operations and maintain SLAs for platforms.
