Job summary

HEINEKEN Global Shared Services Kraków is seeking a Junior Solution Engineer to join the RQC/CC Platform team. You will work with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and related technologies to deliver digital solutions for our global Contact Center and Customer Service operations.

You will collaborate with Business Analysts and Product Owners, translate business needs into specifications, and contribute to deployment and integration across markets while learning in an enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience, including internships or projects.
• Foundational knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
• Basic understanding of Power Platform/Power Automate.
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced, global enterprise environment.
• English proficiency, written and verbal.

This newly created organization, being an integral part of the Global Digital & Technology Function, is tasked with engineering the software which powers e-Commerce. The Commerce DevOps Hub location is in Kraków, Poland. As the Junior Solution Engineer, you will be part of the RQC/CC Platform team, a cross-functional group of Solution Engineers working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and related technologies to deliver digital solutions for our global Contact Center and Customer Service operations. You will need to understand the business needs, helping Business Analysts and Product Owner(s) to convert those needs into specifications and services in line with overall standards and roadmaps. You help to build a key technological product at Heineken. As a Junior Solution Engineer, you will work alongside experienced engineers and architects, contributing to the configuration, development and integration of Dynamics 365-based solutions across multiple markets. Your Responsibilities Would Include

• designing, configuring, developing and delivering IT solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics CE and Azure technology stack
• customising, configuring and engineering solutions jointly with the team
• assisting in integrating solutions with other Heineken systems and data sources to ensure seamless data flow and process automation
• participating in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, refinement and retrospectives
• supporting testing, quality assurance and documentation of delivered solutions
• learning and applying HEINEKEN's engineering standards, architectural guidelines and best practices
• collaborating closely with Solution Engineers, Product Owners and QA Specialists to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• supporting deployment and release activities across Test, ACC and Production environments globally
• proactively identifying and flagging technical challenges or blockers to senior team members and collaborating closely with other product teams.
• participating in testing and validation of configured solutions to ensure accuracy and functionality

You Are a Good Candidate If You Have

• about 1-3 years of working experience in a relevant field, including internships, placements or academic projects
• foundational knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM through study, certification or practical experience
• basic understanding of Power Platform and/or Power Automate
• ability to work with teams of engineers with varying levels of experience
• eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, global enterprise environment, viewing challenges as opportunities for improvement
• analytical mindset with an interest in problem-solving and technology
• strong capability to work effectively in ambiguous situations, adapting to evolving needs and priorities
• ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate clearly in English (strong written & verbal)
• familiar with configuration management principles and practices and development tools.

Technology Stack Good To Know

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM: configuration, forms, views, entities, workflows
• Power Platform: Power Automate
• Basic understanding of API integrations
• familiarity with Azure services (Azure Functions)
• basic programming knowledge: C#, JavaScript or TypeScript
• familiarity with SQL and database basics
• Project management tools such as Jira.

You Are a Perfect Match If You Also Have

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or Functional Consultant certifications
• Exposure to Genesys or other Contact Center platforms
• Experience with or interest in AI and Copilot Studio tools.
