HEINEKEN Kraków, part of HEINEKEN Global Shared Services, invites you to join the Digital & Technology Team. As a Junior Solution Engineer in the Customer Service Team, you will contribute to configuring, developing and integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions, helping to align with architecture and business objectives while delivering high‑quality configurations.

You will work with Product Owners and Architects, translate business needs into technical specs, and support data flow

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a similar role.
Hands-on knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE and related Microsoft technologies.
Familiarity with configuration management and development tools.
Experience with distributed systems and Agile environments.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, and integrate IT solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE stack.
Tailor technical solutions for OpCo requirements using existing products and services.
Customize and configure systems to meet defined scope.
Develop and maintain configuration rules based on business needs.
Collaborate with Product Owners and Architects to translate business needs into technical specs.
Ensure data flow and process automation across Heineken systems.
Participate in testing, validation, and basic troubleshooting of configurations.
Document configuration processes and best practices for future reference.
