Job summary

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. in Kraków is seeking a Junior Data Administrator to support Salesforce-driven data input and quality across client reviews, budgets, and delivery plans.

You will collaborate with the Americas Sales team, perform data quality audits on opportunities, and assist in preparing materials for leadership reviews. A degree in business or analytics and MS Office proficiency are preferred; hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• Experience inputting client due diligence reviews and funding requests in Salesforce.
• Familiarity with B&P budget processes and delivery plans.
• Experience with large Tier 1 and Tier 2 opportunities data.

• Support Americas Sales team with Go/No-Go approvals and budget overages.
• Conduct Salesforce data quality reviews and pipeline audits across opportunities.

We are currently expanding our Global Design Center in Kraków to meet evolving process needs and increasing recruitment demand. The CSS team — the creative team — is seeking Junior Data Administrator with experience in Salesforce.

Key responsibilities

• Working within Salesforce frequently to input client due diligence reviews, B&P funding requests, and delivery plans.
• Working directly with the Americas Sales team to follow up on Go/No-Go review approvals, B&P budget overages, and other compliance duties.
• Conducting regular Salesforce pipeline reviews for data quality management and audit compliance, particularly across large Tier 1 and Tier 2 opportunities.
• Issuing B&P numbers to capture managers indicating specific budgets.
• Supporting Sales leadership in meeting preparation/support (e.g. sales trainings, Americas all hands, etc), including assisting in developing materials, sending meeting invitations, etc.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Suitable interpersonal skills and comfort working with team members to request data or issue reminders as needed.
• Experience working within Microsoft Suite.
• Degree in business, analytics, or related field preferred.
