Jacobs is expanding its Global Design Center in Kraków and seeking an experienced Data Administrator with Salesforce expertise. The role focuses on data input and management within CSP/Salesforce, supporting the Americas Sales team, and ensuring data quality across major opportunities.

A strong command of Microsoft Office and attention to detail are required. You will work in an international team, with flexible hybrid work options and a benefits package including private medical care and life

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office.
• Degree in business, analytics, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Input client due diligence reviews, B&P funding requests, and delivery plans in Salesforce.
• Coordinate with Americas Sales on Go/No-Go approvals and budget overages.
• Conduct Salesforce pipeline reviews for data quality and audit compliance across large opportunities.
• Issue B&P numbers to capture managers indicating budgets.
• Support Sales leadership with meeting preparation and materials, including inviting attendees.
• Assist in document management.

We are currently expanding our Global Design Center in Kraków to meet evolving process needs and increasing recruitment demand. The CSS team — the creative team — is seeking experienced Data Administrator with experience in Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Working within Salesforce frequently to input client due diligence reviews, B&P funding requests, and delivery plans.
• Working directly with the Americas Sales team to follow up on Go/No-Go review approvals, B&P budget overages, and other compliance duties.
• Conducting regular Salesforce pipeline reviews for data quality management and audit compliance, particularly across large Tier 1 and Tier 2 opportunities.
• Issuing B&P numbers to capture managers indicating specific budgets.
• Supporting Sales leadership in meeting preparation/support (e.g. sales trainings, Americas all hands, etc), including assisting in developing materials, sending meeting invitations, etc.
• Supporting document management.

• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently, own tasks, and complete responsibilities in a timely manner.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail / quality.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Suitable interpersonal skills and comfort working with team members to request data or issue reminders as needed.
• Experience working within Microsoft Suite.
• Degree in business, analytics, or related field preferred.
