Capgemini Kraków is seeking a Senior-level professional to lead supplier relationship management for our strategic suppliers. You will partner with Procurement leadership and business stakeholders to drive governance, performance, risk mitigation and value creation across complex global supplier networks.

The role requires strong analytical and commercial acumen, proficiency with SAP Ariba/Coupa/Ivalua/Jaggaer, Power BI and Excel, and a track record of influencing senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in SRM, Vendor Management, Strategic Sourcing or Category Management.
• Experience managing strategic supplier portfolios in global orgs.
• Strong governance, performance management and relationships with suppliers.
• Experience in supplier risk management and due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supplier relationship strategies for strategic suppliers.
• Lead supplier governance programs including executive reviews.
• Drive supplier performance via KPIs, scorecards and improvement plans.

Your role

As a Junior Manager (Supplier Relationship Management), you will lead the development and execution of supplier relationship strategies for the organization's most strategic suppliers. Acting as a trusted partner to Procurement leadership, Category Managers, and key business stakeholders, you will drive supplier performance, governance excellence, risk mitigation, and value creation. You will play a critical role in strengthening supplier partnerships and ensuring supplier ecosystems support the broader business objectives and long‑term growth.

Your Tasks

• Develop and execute supplier relationship strategies for strategic and business-critical suppliers.
• Lead supplier governance programs, including executive business reviews and stakeholder engagement forums.
• Drive supplier performance management through KPIs, scorecards, and structured improvement plans.
• Partner with Procurement and business leaders to identify opportunities for innovation, value creation, and cost optimization.
• Oversee supplier segmentation activities and define appropriate engagement models across the supplier portfolio.
• Lead supplier risk assessment and mitigation initiatives in collaboration with Risk, Compliance, Information Security, and Privacy teams.
• Deliver strategic supplier insights, market intelligence, and performance reporting to support business decision‑making.
• Champion continuous improvement and best practices across supplier relationship management frameworks and processes.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Supplier Relationship Management, Vendor Management, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Category Management.
• Proven experience managing strategic supplier portfolios within complex, global organizations.
• Strong background in supplier governance, performance management, and relationship development.
• Experience in supplier risk management, due diligence programs, and cross‑functional risk mitigation initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and build strong relationships with supplier leadership teams.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with experience translating data into actionable business recommendations.
• Proficiency in supplier management and procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, Jaggaer, as well as reporting tools including Power BI and Microsoft Excel.
