B. Braun Group is seeking a Legal Operations professional to administer the CLM system and support electronic signature solutions. You will manage user access, data quality, and knowledge resources across OneNote, Power Apps, Teams, and SharePoint.

The role requires experience with CLM platforms or a willingness to learn, strong English skills (B2) and some German (A1/A2) is a plus. Collaborative, unsupervised work in a global team is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with CLM platforms or willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 apps (Teams, SharePoint, OneNote, Power Apps).
• Experience with user administration, access management, or data quality activities.
• English (B2) required; German (A1/A2) or other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the CLM system for day-to-day operations and performance.
• Provide 2nd-level support to business users and manage access rights.
• Onboard users to electronic signature solutions; configure and resolve issues.
• Maintain knowledge resources for CLM processes using OneNote, Power Apps, Teams and SharePoint.
• Assist with implementation and support of additional Legal and Compliance Tech solutions.
• Contribute to process improvements, training, and documentation.
