Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman in Kraków is seeking a Junior Client Service Representative to support custody account openings and client access to the Infuse platform. You will collaborate with internal teams and external clients to ensure smooth onboarding and exceptional service.

The role requires strong English (C1), a BA/BS or equivalent, and solid communication skills. You will work in a hybrid model: 3 days in the office and 2 days for parents of children up to 4 years old, with learning

Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills (C1) and professionalism.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Good communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Process custody account opening requests with team and client service groups.
• Validate and upload client due diligence docs for account opening.
• Provision client users’ access to BBH Infuse portal.
• Maintain high service quality aligned with BBH policies and procedures.
• Keep desktop procedures and trackers up to date; share knowledge within the team.
• Participate in process improvements and projects.
