TRUMPF in Warsaw is seeking a Junior Business Controller with English to join our high-tech team. You will lead R2R activities in SAP, partner with local entities and CFOs, and drive data quality, reporting, and planning improvements.

The role requires SAP experience, strong Excel skills, and fluent English, with a focus on accuracy and cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• At least two years of R2R experience with a controlling focus.
• Experience with SAP and COPA/Margin Analysis.
• Experience in planning and forecasting processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills; ability to improve data quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end and year-end R2R Controlling activities in SAP across cost centers, orders, COPA, and Margin Analysis.
• Act as trusted business partner to local entities and CFOs with processes, analysis, reporting, and decision support.
• Improve data quality through checks of actuals, plan variances, stock values, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and deliver complex COPA, PCA, and service reports to drive insights and optimization.
• Lead projects on data quality, process optimization, reporting improvements, and planning for local entities.
• Coordinate and facilitate planning and forecasting processes for local entities.

(Junior) Business Controller (f/m/d) with English

Your role

• Lead and execute month-end and year-end R2R Controlling activities in SAP for subsidiaries, covering cost centers, internal orders, production orders, service and sales orders, COPA, and Margin Analysis
• Act as a trusted business partner for local entities and their CFOs, providing support with processes, analysis, reporting, and decision-making
• Drive data quality improvements through detailed checks of actuals, plan variances, stock values, and reconciliations between Profit Center Accounting and Margin Analysis
• Prepare and deliver complex standard reports across COPA, PCA, and technical service, turning data into clear insights and optimization opportunities
• Lead projects focused on data quality, process optimization, reporting improvements, and planning for local entities
• Coordinate and facilitate planning and forecasting processes for local entities

Your profile

• At least two years of R2R experience, preferably with a strong focus on Controlling and hands-on experience in R2R Controlling closing activities
• Practical experience with SAP or a comparable ERP system, including knowledge of COPA and Margin Analysis
• Experience in planning and forecasting processes
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or a comparable qualification
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills, combined with the ability to improve processes and data quality
• Fluent English and strong communication, stakeholder management, and teamwork skills; experience with SAP Analysis for Excel and query building is an advantage
