Job summary

Sii Poland in Bydgoszcz is seeking an early-career automation professional to join our team on commissioning PLC-based logistics centers. You will learn by working on modern systems, test transport lines, and collaborate with an international team.

The role requires at least one year with PLCs (Allen-Bradley), travel about 70% annually, English at least B2, Polish residency, and a valid passport. You will gain hands-on experience from startups to Go-Live.

Qualifications

At least one year of experience with PLC systems.
Willingness to travel about 70% yearly, including to the USA, Canada, and Mexico.
Knowledge of PLC technologies, including Allen-Bradley.
Interest in industrial automation and intralogistics.
Ability to analyze technical documentation.
Very good English, minimum B2.
Polish residency and fluent Polish language.
Possession of a valid passport and Category B driving license.

Checking I/O signals and network communication
Analyzing documentation and ensuring everything operates according to standards
Diagnosing issues and making corrections in PLC (Allen-Bradley)
