Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Beckhoff PLC programmer to join a team developing advanced process automation for transport, material handling, and assembly. The role covers programming, testing, and on-site commissioning with frequent travel to Berlin and near Dresden, while projects run in a 3 weeks onsite / 1 week off pattern.

Strong English (B2) and Polish are required. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in Beckhoff PLC programming, a related technical degree, and readiness to travel

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Beckhoff PLC programming.
• Experience with TwinCAT 3 environments and Beckhoff hardware.
• Willingness to travel about 60% of the year, including trips to Germany.
• English language proficiency at B2 level.
• Fluent Polish is required.

Responsibilities

• Programming PLC drivers (Beckhoff) in the TwinCAT 3 environment.
• Development and modification of PLC software.
• Support in commissioning machines and systems.
• Debugging and troubleshooting automation systems.
• Integration and testing of machine functions.
• Support during FAT/SAT activities.

Job description

Join the team working on advanced projects in the field of process automation for transport, material handling, and assembly. We create solutions used in modern manufacturing plants and logistics centers, where reliability, efficiency, and precision are crucial. In this role, you will be responsible for the development and commissioning of control systems based on Beckhoff technology, participating in the full project cycle - from programming and testing to commissioning directly at the client's site.

Approximately 60% of the time throughout the year will be spent traveling to clients in the Berlin and Dresden areas. Projects are most often carried out in a model of 3 weeks onsite, followed by about a week off in Poland.
