Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking Robotics Engineers to join our Engineering Competence Center. You will design and implement control systems, automation and robotization for industrial projects. You will prepare programs, commission robots on lines for welding, gluing and painting, and optimize cycle times.

The role requires 3+ years of robot programming/commissioning, KUKA experience, strong documentation skills, and fluent Polish with English at B2. Willingness to travel up to 60% is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience programming/commissioning robots.
• Experience in programming KUKA robots.
• Ability to read and create technical and project documentation.
• Polish fluent; English at least B2.

Responsibilities

• Prepare programs according to client specifications and standards.
• Commission robots on production lines (e.g., welding, gluing, painting).
• Optimize process and production cycle time.
• Install and configure appropriate hardware and software options.

Job description

Currently, at Sii we are looking for Robotics Engineers who will have the opportunity to join our Engineering Competence Center – an internal unit specialized in industrial engineering projects. Our core activities include designing and implementing control systems as well as comprehensive automation and robotization of industry.

Your tasks

• Preparing programs according to client specifications and standards
• Commissioning robots on lines for processes such as welding, spot welding, gluing, and painting
• Optimizing the process and production cycle time
• Installing and configuring appropriate hardware and software options

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in programming and commissioning robots
• Experience in programming KUKA robots
• Ability to read and create technical and project documentation
• Communicative English language skills at B2 level
• Willingness to travel up to 60% of the year
• Knowledge of at least one automation and robotics standard such as BMW GSC, BMW TMO, VASS, INTEGRA, SCUBE, FAST
• Fluent Polish language skills required
• Must reside in Poland
• Communicative English language skills

Nice to have

• Experience with PLC programming
