Sii Poland is seeking an experienced automation engineer to develop and commission Beckhoff-based control systems. You will program PLC drivers in TwinCAT 3, modify PLC software, and support on-site commissioning across client sites in Berlin and near Dresden.

The role requires frequent travel about 60% of the year and collaboration with the robot programming team. The ideal candidate holds a higher technical degree in automation/robotics/mechatronics, has at least four years in Beckhoff PLC

• Minimum 4 years of experience with Beckhoff PLC programming.
• Degree in automation, robotics, mechatronics or related field.
• Experience programming in TwinCAT 3.
• Willingness to travel ~60% of the year, including to Germany.
• English language proficiency at B2 level; fluent Polish required.

Join the team working on advanced projects in the field of process automation for transport, material handling, and assembly. We create solutions used in modern manufacturing plants and logistics centers, where reliability, efficiency, and precision are crucial. In this role, you will be responsible for the development and commissioning of control systems based on Beckhoff technology, participating in the full project cycle - from programming and testing to commissioning directly at the client's site.

Approximately 60% of the time throughout the year will be spent traveling to clients in the Berlin and Dresden areas. Projects are most often carried out in a model of 3 weeks onsite, followed by about a week off in Poland.

• Fluent knowledge of Polish is required
• Required to be located in Poland
• Possession of a valid category B driving license
