We centrally manage clients’ leases to help them make more strategic portfolio decisions, reduce costs and identify opportunities to renegotiate lease terms and rates. We can take responsibility for 20 leases or 20,000, gathering, monitoring and managing accurate data so clients’ resources aren't drained. Using JLL’s strict SOC1 certified processes, we manage lease data and help clients make sound decisions quickly. As the only global SOC1-certified lease administration service provider, we make sure clients don't miss critical planning deadlines or expirations. We identify opportunities to consolidate or dispose of underused assets. Clients are well-positioned to take advantage of every opportunity to maximize the efficiency and productivity of their portfolio. **Role Purpose:**The objective of the role is to maintain lease databases and perform financial processes. This involves abstracting leases, obtaining portfolio information, financial analysis, reporting to clients and other JLL teams, communication with the client on a daily basis. **What this job involves:** * Rent payment processing and analysis of invoices and financial statements and manage necessary client tools.* Review annual reconciliation statements and calculations* Ensure that payments are accurately and timely processed* Accruing and financial reporting* Ensure that all expenses and accruals are recorded accurately to timetable on a monthly basis.* Support with clearing accounts* Issuing invoices for subtenants and bookings (AR) **Sound like you?
