JLL is seeking an Analyst in Warsaw to join the Leasing Markets Advisory team. You will shape real estate decisions for investors and corporate clients, collaborating with experienced consultants on high-impact projects in a fast-paced advisory setting.

Based at the Warsaw Spire, you’ll develop data-driven solutions, prepare market insights, and support proposals while contributing to client success and relationship management in a global firm renowned for excellence and ethics.

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in French and English with strong communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset to interpret data and derive insights.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills for polished client presentations.
• Excel expertise including financial modeling and data manipulation.
• Understanding of graphic design principles for brand-consistent visuals.
• Exceptional attention to detail and quality control.
• Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently.
• Experience in a similar analytical/advisory/research role, ideally in real estate or consulting.

What You’ll Do

• Support client-facing projects by conducting comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making
• Create compelling sales materials and presentations that effectively communicate market insights and advisory recommendations
• Manage and coordinate proposal development, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with client requirements
• Collaborate with consultants to develop data-driven solutions for complex real estate challenges faced by investors and corporate occupiers
• Maintain and analyze market databases, identifying trends and opportunities that add value to client engagements
• Coordinate internal and external communications to ensure seamless project delivery and stakeholder alignment
• Contribute to the sales process by preparing pitch materials, financial models, and supporting documentation
• Participate in client meetings and presentations, gaining exposure to high-level advisory work and relationship management

What We’re Looking For

• Bilingual proficiency in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data, identify patterns, and translate findings into actionable insights
• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills , capable of creating visually compelling and professionally polished presentations
• Excel expertise including financial modeling, data manipulation, and complex formula application
• Understanding of graphic design principles to ensure materials are visually appealing and brand-consistent
• Exceptional attention to detail with a meticulous approach to quality control and accuracy
• Self-motivated and proactive attitude, comfortable working independently while contributing to team objectives
• Previous experience in a comparable analytical, advisory, or research role , ideally within real estate, consulting, or professional services
