Job summary

OEC is seeking a data, reporting, and analytics professional to support management with performance insights and data-driven guidance. The role partners with Sales and Customer Success to ensure accurate reporting across systems and tools.

You will extract, cleanse, and analyze data from Dynamics 365, Salesforce, HubSpot, and Power BI, delivering routine insights and identifying opportunities to improve performance and campaigns.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a data, reporting, analytics, sales operations, or similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, and working with connected data tables.
• Knowledge of business intelligence tools, particularly Power BI, and emerging related technologies will be a plus.
• Ability to acquire, cleanse, validate, and analyze data from primary or secondary data sources and provide insights into performance and opportunities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively with large, complex, and sometimes messy datasets.
• Ability to identify discrepancies, trends, and opportunities within data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Strong business acumen to understand the market and analyze and resolve issues.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Delivers on identified ongoing needs around performance management, executes reports as needed, and partners with Commercial Operations peers and leadership to address ongoing and ad hoc reporting needs.
• Consistently delivers routine reporting and data insights as requested by management.
• Produces reports that provide meaningful insights into sales performance, customer activity, and operational metrics.
• Extracts, validates, cleanses, and analyzes data using multiple systems, including Dynamics 365, Salesforce, HubSpot, and Power BI.
• Identifies data discrepancies, inconsistencies, and data quality issues, ensuring reporting accuracy and reliability.
• Supports Sales and Customer Success teams by providing actionable insights and recommendations based on business data.
• Uses advanced Excel functionality to transform and analyze data.
• Understands relationships between data tables and systems to ensure accurate reporting and insights.
• Provides feedback and ideas on the continuous improvement of reporting artifacts, dashboards, and reporting processes.
