Job summary

Pandora is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to enable reporting and analytics capabilities across the Unified Commerce transformation. You will translate business needs into clear reporting solutions, work with product managers and engineers, and ensure adoption by store colleagues and retail leaders.

You will collaborate with global stakeholders to understand processes, elicit requirements, write user stories, and support end-to-end delivery including testing and go-live readiness.

Qualifications

• Proven experience translating business needs into reporting/analytics solutions.
• Strong ability to elicit requirements and manage diverse stakeholders.
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and process maps.
