Job summary

The EY GDS Poland NextGen Talent Internship – Junior AI Automation Developer in Katowice combines hands-on AI and automation work with structured learning and mentorship. You will analyze processes, design automation solutions, build Power Platform apps, and collaborate across project lifecycles on real client challenges.

This paid, full-time internship offers exposure to global EY projects and a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical thinking to understand complex business processes and challenges.
• Experience with Excel and automating data tasks using VBA and/or Python.
• Knowledge of at least one RPA platform (Blue Prism, UiPath or Automation Anywhere) or Microsoft Power Platform.
• Ability to create and maintain technical documentation.
• Strong English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Interest in AI, automation and GenAI; willingness to develop skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities.
• Design and develop intelligent automation solutions using leading technologies and languages.
• Build applications with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps and Power BI).
• Collaborate with experienced professionals throughout the solution lifecycle – from discovery and design to testing, deployment and support.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing automation and AI-enabled solutions.
