Job summary

EY GDS Poland is offering the NextGen Talent Internship for students and recent graduates to explore AI, automation, and digital transformation. You will work on real projects for global clients, gain hands-on experience, and receive guided mentorship.

The program emphasizes structured learning, exposure to cutting-edge technologies, and collaboration with experienced consultants and developers in a hybrid Katowice-based setting.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical thinking and ability to understand complex business processes.
• Experience with Excel and automating data-related tasks using VBA and/or Python.
• Knowledge of at least one RPA platform (Blue Prism, UiPath or Automation Anywhere) or Microsoft Power Platform.
• Ability to create and maintain technical documentation.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Interest in emerging technologies, automation and AI.
• Willingness to develop AI and GenAI skills using modern digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and data sources to identify automation opportunities.
• Design and develop intelligent automation solutions using AI and automation technologies.
• Build applications with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power BI.
• Collaborate across the solution lifecycle from discovery to deployment and support.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of automation and AI-enabled solutions.
