The EY GDS Poland NextGen Talent Internship – Junior AI Automation Developer in Katowice combines hands-on AI and automation work with structured learning and mentorship. You will analyze processes, design automation solutions, build Power Platform apps, and collaborate across project lifecycles on real client challenges.

This paid, full-time internship offers exposure to global EY projects and a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical thinking to understand complex business processes and challenges.

• Knowledge of at least one RPA platform (Blue Prism, UiPath or Automation Anywhere) or Microsoft Power Platform.

Your Key Responsibilities

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Experience working with Excel and automating data-related tasks using VBA and/or Python.


• Knowledge of at least one RPA platform (preferably Blue Prism, UiPath or Automation Anywhere) or Microsoft Power Platform.


• Ability to create and maintain technical documentation.


• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.


• A genuine interest in emerging technologies, automation and artificial intelligence.


• Interest in and willingness to develop AI and GenAI skills, including the use of modern digital tools to enhance productivity, problem-solving and business outcomes.


• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with an open mindset and willingness to work effectively in diverse, cross‑functional teams.

Ideally, you'll also have

• Experience with .NET technologies.


• Experience working with relational databases and SQL.


• Exposure to AI, machine learning or generative AI solutions.


• German and/or French language skills.


• Participation in academic, technology or innovation-related initiatives, competitions or projects.
