Job summary

EY GDS Poland is offering the NextGen Talent Internship for students and recent graduates to explore AI, automation, and digital transformation. You will work on real projects for global clients, gain hands-on experience, and receive guided mentorship.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical thinking and ability to understand complex business processes.
• Experience with Excel and automating data-related tasks using VBA and/or Python.
• Knowledge of at least one RPA platform (Blue Prism, UiPath or Automation Anywhere) or Microsoft Power Platform.
• Ability to create and maintain technical documentation.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Interest in emerging technologies, automation and AI.
• Willingness to develop AI and GenAI skills using modern digital tools.

Your key responsibilities

• Analyze business processes, operational challenges and available data sources to identify automation opportunities.
• Design and develop intelligent automation solutions using leading automation technologies, AI capabilities and modern programming languages.
• Build innovative applications with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power BI solutions.
• Collaborate with experienced professionals throughout the entire solution lifecycle – from discovery and design to testing, deployment and support.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing automation and AI‑enabled solutions.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Experience working with Excel and automating data‑related tasks using VBA and/or Python.
• Knowledge of at least one RPA platform (preferably Blue Prism, UiPath or Automation Anywhere) or Microsoft Power Platform.
• Ability to create and maintain technical documentation.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A genuine interest in emerging technologies, automation and artificial intelligence.
• Interest in and willingness to develop AI and GenAI skills, including the use of modern digital tools to enhance productivity, problem‑solving and business outcomes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with an open mindset and willingness to work effectively in diverse, cross‑functional teams.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Experience with .NET technologies.
• Experience working with relational databases and SQL.
• Exposure to AI, machine learning or generative AI solutions.
• German and/or French language skills.
• Participation in academic, technology or innovation‑related initiatives, competitions or projects.
