Qualifications

• Understanding of software testing fundamentals (test scenarios, cases, data).
• Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming principles.
• Basic programming experience in Java and/or Python.
• Ability to organize workload independently and communicate progress.
• Good command of English (B2+).
• Interest in and willingness to develop AI/GenAI skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to support testing, QA and implementation activities.
• Contribute to project deliverables with timely progress reporting.
• Partner with developers, testers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Understanding of software testing fundamentals, including test scenarios, test cases and test data preparation.
• Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Knowledge of object‑oriented programming principles.
• Basic programming experience in Java and/or Python.
• Ability to organize your workload independently and communicate progress effectively to the team.
• Good command of English (B2+), both written and spoken, enabling effective collaboration in global teams.
• Interest in and willingness to develop AI and GenAI skills, including the use of modern digital tools to enhance productivity, problem‑solving and business outcomes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with an open mindset and willingness to work effectively in diverse, cross‑functional teams.

Ideally, you'll also have

• Familiarity with JIRA or other defect and work item tracking tools.
• Basic experience in test automation.
• Exposure to test automation frameworks and tools.
• Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Participation in academic, personal or technology‑related projects.
• German and/or French language skills.
