EY GDS Poland is launching its NextGen Talent Internship for aspiring data scientists and AI enthusiasts in Katowice. As a Junior AI Engineer, you will join a selective cohort, build hands-on projects, and receive mentorship from EY professionals.

The program blends technical learning, analytics exposure, and real-world applications of GenAI and ML, with a hybrid work model (2 days in the office, 3 days remote).

Qualifications

• Interest in AI, GenAI and modern digital tools to enhance productivity.
• Good English communication and collaboration in diverse teams.
• Knowledge of SQL and Python for data analysis and ML tasks.
• Familiarity with data cleaning, preprocessing and feature engineering.
• Experience with ML libraries (Pandas, Scikit-learn).
• Understanding of ML concepts and practical model experience.
