Job summary

Lufthansa Group Business Services Sp. z o.o. is seeking a (Junior) Accountant in OTC to independently handle finance accounting based on vouchers and data, ensuring compliance with AR procedures and international accounting standards.

You will perform data verification, investigations, and decisions within your responsibilities with support from seniors. The role requires a Master/Bachelor degree or progress to at least year 3, plus at least 1 year of accounting experience and strong English.

Qualifications

• Ideal: Master or Bachelor degree or at least 3rd year in any discipline.
• At least 1 year of professional accounting experience.
• Good command of English (written and spoken) at least B1/B2.
• Second language level per service requirements.
• Must possess permit to work in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process accounting documents and vouchers according to accounts receivable procedures.
• Check and reconcile accounting data for completeness and accuracy.
• Obtain required authorizations according to established procedures.
• Create and maintain customer master data in the accounting system.
• Handle cash collection activities and respond to customer inquiries.
• Ensure timely and accurate data processing and meet service levels.
• Provide second-language support and assist with incoming/outgoing documents.
• Work with experienced colleagues for guidance and development.
