Job summary

Lufthansa Group Business Services in Kraków is seeking a (Junior) Accountant in OTC to independently manage accounting tasks based on vouchers and data from their area. The role follows AR procedures and international accounting standards, with opportunities for professional growth.

The position requires at least a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or near completion), 1 year of accounting experience, English proficiency (min B1/B2) and a second language as per service needs.

Qualifications

• Master/Bachelor degree or at least accomplished 3rd year of studies in any disciplines.
• At least 1 year of professional experience in accounting for Accountant position.
• CV/Resume required
• Must possess permit to work in Poland

Responsibilities

• Receive and process accounting documents per accounts receivable procedures and chart of accounts.
• Check and reconcile documents for completeness and clarify missing information.
• Obtain required authorizations per procedures.
• Create and maintain customer master data in the accounting system.
• Handle cash collection activities and customer inquiries.
• Ensure service levels for timeliness and accuracy of data processing.
• Provide second-language support and handle documents.
