Job summary

Arla Foods A.m.b.a is seeking an RPA Developer to own end-to-end automation solutions from design to production support. You will work across IT & Digital Supporting and Cross Functions within the Hyper Automation team in a global context.

The role emphasizes hands-on development with Blue Prism, end-to-end delivery, and collaboration with business and IT stakeholders, including testing and post-go-live improvements.

Qualifications

• As hands-on experience must with Blue Prism (RPA).
• At least 3 years on RPA development.
• Experience building, deploying and supporting automation solutions in an enterprise environment.
• Understanding of RPA solution design: reusable components, queues, exception handling, logging and auditability.
• Experience connecting automations with APIs, databases and other business apps.
• Azure services experience (Logic Apps, AI Foundry, Document Intelligence) is a plus.
• Working knowledge of .NET/C#, SQL and Python (basic to intermediate).
• Experience preparing and executing unit, integration and user acceptance tests.
• Understanding of Agile, DevOps and modern development practices.
• Clear communication skills, collaborative mindset and ownership of delivered solutions.

Join our Hyper Automation team and help build reliable automation solutions that support Arla’s global business. In this role, you will take ownership of solutions from design and development through to production support and continuous improvement, working closely with colleagues across teams to create practical and sustainable improvements.

How you will make an impact

As RPA Developer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development of automation solutions — from translating business requirements into technical workflows to building, testing, deploying and supporting automations in production. The role sits in the Hyper Automation area within IT & Digital Supporting and Cross Functions.

What will make you successful

To be successful in this role, you should have solid hands-on experience in RPA development and a good understanding of business processes, solutiondesignand production support. You should be comfortable working with both business and technical stakeholders, translating requirements into reliable automationsolutionsand taking ownership of what you deliver.

• Hands-on experience with Blue Prism— this isa must.

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in RPA development.

• Experience building,deployingand supporting automation solutions in an enterprise environment.

• Good understanding of RPA solution design, including reusable components, queues, exception handling,loggingand auditability.

• Experience connecting automations with APIs,databasesand other business applications.

• Experience with Microsoft Azure services, such as Logic Apps, AI Foundry or Document Intelligence, would be an advantage.

• Working knowledge of .NET/C#, SQL and basic to intermediate Python skills.

• Experience preparing and executing unit,integrationand user acceptance tests.

• Understanding ofAgile, DevOps and modern development practices.

• Clear communication skills, a collaborativemindsetand strong ownership of delivered solutions.

Please note that this role requires you to be in the office 50% of the time + oneadditionalday (monthly).
