Job summary

Fresha is hiring a Junior Account Manager in Warsaw, Poland. You will own relationships with Fresha's partners, drive platform adoption and monetization, and help partners grow in a fast-paced environment. The role is office-based.

Fluency in Polish is essential, English is a plus. You will work with Sales, Data Migration and Product teams to deliver a seamless Fresha journey and maximize partner value in this expanding market.

Qualifications

• Account Management experience in partner-facing roles.
• Proactive growth mindset with willingness to learn.
• Outbound calling or sales experience is preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
• Genuine interest in beauty, wellness and self-care.

Responsibilities

• Onboard partners to Fresha and Fresha Pay to maximise value.
• Optimise partner profiles and revenue strategies.
• Educate and convert partners to Fresha payments & features.
• Manage a portfolio with tailored, consultative support.
• Build long-term relationships as a strategic partner.
• Collaborate with Sales, Data Migration and Product teams.
