Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Jira Administrator & Application Support Specialist to manage enterprise Jira platforms, automate workflows, and support SAP-related deployments. You will customize structures, develop integrations, and ensure stable backlog/test management configurations across agile teams.

You will collaborate with global teams, resolve incidents, and contribute to cloud migration efforts, enabling scalable AI and cloud-enabled transformations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years administering Jira in an enterprise environment.
• Expertise in Jira Automation, JMWE, and Xray Test Management.
• Experience configuring Structure for Jira boards and reports.

Responsibilities

• Support end-user requests and process per defined guidelines.
• Maintain and extend automation rules using Jira Automation.
• Develop Python scripts or REST integrations for reporting and automation.
• Manage Jira configurations and troubleshoot integration issues.
• Participate in incident resolution and root cause analysis.
