EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Java Software Engineer to join our team and build robust, scalable Java applications within distributed, agile teams. The role requires working from the client’s office 3 days per week in Poland, with hybrid options.

You will apply Scrum, Agile and Lean principles across the development lifecycle, coordinate dependencies across teams, and collaborate with global colleagues to deliver high-quality software.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience developing Java applications.
• Deep knowledge of Scrum, Agile and Lean.
• Experience removing delivery impediments and dependencies.
• Solid SQL skills; Oracle preferred.
• Proficient English (B2+) and strong communication.
• Experience coordinating distributed teams and locations.
