Jit Team in Kraków is seeking an experienced Java Tech Lead to own the technical side of multiple client projects. This hands-on role combines software development, system architecture, and technical leadership to ensure delivery success.

• 8+ years of experience as a Java Developer.
• 2 years of experience in a Tech Lead role.
• Strong Java + Spring Boot technical skills and soft skills.
• Proven ability to design scalable and maintainable systems.
• Experience in software house / consultancy environment.
• Good understanding of backend architectures and development best practices.
• Knowledge of modern infrastructure and deployment approaches.
• Proficiency in English and Polish at min. C1.
• Nice to have cloud platform experience (AWS / GCP / Azure).

Project

We are looking for an experienced Java Tech Lead with both strong technical expertise and business awareness to take ownership of the technical side of multiple client-facing projects. This is a hands-on role focused on software development, system architecture, technical leadership, and supporting successful project delivery.The ideal candidate combines deep Java development experience with the ability to work closely with clients, adapt to different environments, and support business and delivery initiatives.
