Jit Team in Kraków is seeking an experienced Java Tech Lead to own the technical side of multiple client-facing projects. This hands-on role focuses on software development, system architecture, technical leadership, and supporting successful project delivery.

The ideal candidate combines deep Java development experience with the ability to work closely with clients, adapt to different environments, and support business and delivery initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Java Developer.
• 2 years in a Tech Lead role.
• Strong Java (Spring Boot) backend knowledge.
• Experience in software house / consultancy environments.
• Proficient English and Polish (C1).
• Nice to have cloud platforms experience.

Responsibilities

• Take technical ownership of multiple projects.
