Job summary

UPS is seeking personnel in Poland for a fixed-term role handling internal and external payments, and participating in the Value of Goods remittance process. The role requires accounting basics, strong MS Office skills, and a customer‑oriented approach, with excellent time management and teamwork abilities.

Qualifications

• Good level of English and Italian.
• Knowledge of accounting basics.
• Key entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Customer service oriented and able to work in a team.
• Ability to work under pressure and time management.
• Minimum 6 months employment track at current position in UPS (internal candidates only)

Responsibilities

• Process internal and external payments and participate in VOG (Value of Goods) remittance process.
• Control the accuracy of shipments delivery and oversee information flow.
• Cooperate with GL, AP, AR, ICRIS and other departments to ensure customer service levels.
• Maintain and monitor data and documentation related to payments and shipments.
