Job summary

Eligo Recruitment is seeking an IT Transition Manager for Poland, fluent in German and English, to lead IT transitions into internal GBS/Shared Services. This is a permanent role with remote/hybrid work and travel to Germany as required.

You will own the transition lifecycle, coordinate planning, risk assessment and cutover activities, and work across enterprise applications and IT functions to ensure a smooth move to the new operating model.

Qualifications

• Led IT transitions into internal GBS/Shared Services environments.
• Experience in consultancy/client-facing transition work.
• Strong knowledge of transition methodologies, KT and cutover.
• Experience in international or multi-country programs.
• Fluent German and English.
• Willing to travel to Germany as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT transitions from current-state assessment to BAU handover.
• Assess existing IT services, processes, dependencies and risks.
• Develop detailed transition and migration plans.
• Coordinate knowledge transfer and readiness.
• Manage cutover and go-live activities.
• Lead hypercare and stabilisation.
• Manage RAID, governance, milestones and stakeholders.
• Work across enterprise apps, infrastructure and service management.
• Advise clients throughout the transition.
