Job summary

Outsourcey in Poland is seeking a skilled Level 2 Systems Engineer to join our MSP team. You will support Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Windows Server, and Intune across hybrid environments, delivering reliable service to client companies.

You’ll work with the Service Desk and senior engineers, participate in on-call rosters, and help implement cloud projects while following ITIL processes and security best practices.

Qualifications

• Min 3 years’ experience in a Level 2 Systems Engineer or similar role within an MSP environment.
• Strong experience with Azure Active Directory, Microsoft 365 suite, Windows Server, and Intune.
• Experience supporting cloud services, modern desktop environments, and hybrid infrastructure.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting authentication, endpoint, and collaboration issues in Microsoft ecosystems.
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-102, AZ-104, or equivalent).
• Experience with PowerShell scripting, endpoint management, and conditional access policies.
• Exposure to security best practices and compliance within Microsoft cloud environments.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes including incident, change, and problem management.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 technical support for clients across Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Windows Server, and Modern Workplace platforms.
• Administer, support, and troubleshoot issues in Azure AD, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Windows 10/11 environments.
• Assist in implementing and managing cloud-based projects including migrations, deployments, and upgrades.
• Monitor and maintain client environments using remote management tools and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with the Service Desk, Level 3 engineers, and project teams to ensure efficient incident resolution and project delivery.
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge base articles to support internal and client use.
• Participate in an on-call support roster as required.
• Stay current with developments in Microsoft technologies, security, and modern IT practices.
