Job summary

Sterling Outsourcing Sp is seeking a motivated Junior IT Administrator to join our team in Kraków, eager to learn and contribute to keeping IT systems running smoothly. Qualifications

• English proficiency at least B2.
• Basic experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams).
• Basic understanding of device management (Windows, macOS, Android, iOS).
• Familiarity with endpoint management and security concepts.
• Basic knowledge of IT security principles; ability to troubleshoot via ticketing system.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365 environment: Independently manage and configure user accounts, groups, licenses, and security policies in Microsoft 365, under supervision.
• Provide IT Support: Handle IT system support for Windows, macOS, M365, VPN, and Intune, resolving common technical issues with minimal guidance and escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Endpoint Device Management: Configure, deploy, and manage endpoint devices following company policies and security standards, with oversight from senior staff.
• Monitor and Resolve Tickets: Independently monitor the ticket queue, prioritize issues, and resolve IT problems efficiently, escalating complex cases to senior team members.
• Create and Update Documentation: Independently create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures, ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date .
• Ensure Compliance with IT Security: Assist in maintaining security standards and adhering to best practices, identifying potential vulnerabilities with guidance.

Must have skills, traits, competencies :

• Englishproficiency minimum B2 level
• Basic experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams)
• Basic understanding of device management (Windows, macOS, Android, iOS)
• Familiarity with endpoint management and security concepts
• Basic knowledge of IT security principlesAbility to troubleshoot and resolve basic IT issues though a ticketing system
• Willingness to follow procedures and document processes
• Strong communication skills and a user-oriented approach
• Willingness to learn new technologies and follow structured processes

Preferrable skills, traits, competencies :

Basic knowledge of PowerShell for task automation (beginner level)

Familiarity with Azure AD, Conditional Access, and MFA concepts (basic understanding)

Basic understanding of computer networks (VPN, DNS, DHCP)

Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-900, MD-102) are a plus, but not required
