Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our international team in Poland. You will assist users with applications, systems, and hardware, and will work in a three-shift schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Expect remote and on-site support plus account management in AD/Entra ID. The role requires at least 2 years in IT support, strong Windows/Office 365 knowledge, and Polish fluency with English and German at B2 level.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of IT support experience (including internships and training).
• Knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, AD/Entra ID and Intune technologies.
• Understanding of computer hardware and basic configuration elements.
• Strong interpersonal skills and good organizational abilities.
• Willingness to work in a three-shift system including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Fluent Polish and residing in Poland is required; English and German at least B2 level.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT user support for issues related to applications, systems and hardware.
• Deliver remote support for users regarding applications, operating systems and hardware.
• Manage user accounts in Active Directory/Entra ID.
• Provide Office 365 support and basic telephone system administration.
• Support mobile devices (Android/iOS) and administer endpoint management tools (Intune, NinjaOne, ManageEngine).

Your tasks
