Job summary

Sii Poland is looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our international team. You will assist users, resolve issues related to applications, systems and hardware, and provide remote support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of IT support experience (including internships and training).
• Experience with Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, and Intune.
• Fluent Polish, good English and German at least B2; willingness to work in a 3-shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT user support for applications, systems and hardware.
• Remote support for users on applications, OS, and hardware.
• Manage user accounts in Active Directory/Entra ID.
• Support Office 365 and basic telephone system administration.
• Support mobile devices and endpoint tools (Intune, NinjaOne, ManageEngine).

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our team and work in an international environment. In this position, you will be responsible for supporting users in resolving technical issues related to applications, systems, and computer hardware. We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys analyzing and solving problems, and is ready to work in a three-shift system, including nights, weekends, and holidays. This is a great opportunity to develop IT skills and improve language abilities.

Your tasks

• IT user support in resolving technical issues related to applications, systems, and computer hardware
• Remote support for users regarding applications, operating systems, and hardware
• Managing user accounts in Active Directory/Entra ID
• Office 365 support and basic telephone system administration
• Support for mobile devices (Android/iOS) and endpoint management tools (Intune, NinjaOne, ManageEngine)

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, including internships and practical training
• Knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, and Intune technologies
• Understanding of computer hardware and basic configuration elements
• Interpersonal skills and good organization of one's own work
• Willingness to work in a three-shift system, including night hours, weekends, and holidays
• Fluent knowledge of Polish and residing in Poland is required
• Advanced knowledge of English and German at least at B2 level
