Job summary

Sii Poland is looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our team and work in an international environment. You will assist users in resolving technical issues related to applications, systems, and computer hardware, with remote support for software and hardware.

The role requires two years of IT support experience and knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, AD/Entra ID, and Intune; a three-shift schedule includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of IT support experience, including internships and practical training.
• Knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, and Intune technologies.
• Understanding of computer hardware and basic configuration elements.
• Interpersonal skills and good organization of one's own work.
• Willingness to work in a three-shift system, including night hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluent knowledge of Polish and residing in Poland is required.
• Advanced knowledge of English and German at least at B2 level.

Responsibilities

• Managing user accounts in Active Directory/Entra ID.
• Office 365 support and basic telephone system administration.
