Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our international team. You will assist users with applications, systems, and hardware, and manage accounts in Active Directory/Entra ID.

The role includes Office 365 support and mobile device management with Intune, NinjaOne, and ManageEngine, in a three-shift schedule including nights and weekends. The position offers opportunities to develop IT skills and improve language abilities, with a focus on Polish language proficiency and strong

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years IT support experience, including internships.
• Knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, and Intune.
• Understanding of computer hardware and basic configuration elements.
• Interpersonal skills and good organization of work.
• Willingness to work in a three-shift system, including nights and weekends.
• Fluent Polish; residing in Poland.
• Advanced English and German (B2+).

Responsibilities

• IT user support in resolving technical issues related to applications, systems, and hardware.
• Remote support for users regarding applications, operating systems, and hardware.
• Managing user accounts in Active Directory/Entra ID.
• Office 365 support and basic telephone system administration.
• Support for mobile devices (Android/iOS) and endpoint management tools (Intune, NinjaOne, ManageEngine).
