Job summary

SOFTSWISS in Poznań is seeking an L1 Support Engineer to strengthen the IT Support team. You will handle office equipment provisioning, user accounts, and basic OS deployment, while documenting processes and escalating complex issues when needed.

You should be comfortable working with Windows environments, have basic security awareness, and communicate in English; Russian is a plus. This is an on-site role with benefits and growth opportunities in IT operations.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Windows operating systems in a corporate setting.
• Basic understanding of antivirus and security concepts in Windows.
• Proficient in Russian (preferred) and English at least B1 level.
• Experience creating and managing user accounts and device provisioning.

Responsibilities

• Receive and transfer corporate equipment and peripherals for repair following procedures.
• Maintain and update equipment fleet and assist in procurement.
• Assist in configuration of new employees' equipment (Windows/macOS).
• Provide support for office access control and printing services.
