Job summary

Amcor is seeking an IT Support Specialist to deliver reliable IT services across sites, supporting up to 300 devices per FTE. You will handle end-to-end IT service delivery, asset management, procurement, training, and ensure compliance with global IT standards and security policies.

The role includes project leadership for IT infrastructure changes, collaboration across teams, and ensuring quality IT services delivery at the sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science is advantageous.
• Windows and Cisco certifications are a plus.
• Ability to multitask and handle high volumes in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Fluency in Polish and English communication (spoken, written).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of server virtualization.

Responsibilities

• Installing / repairing hardware.
• Application/software troubleshooting.
• Printer and multi-function device management.
• Data backup and restore.
• Infrastructure testing.
• Major events support.
• Setup of LAN switches and Access Points (wired and wireless).
• Management of the network documentation.
• Monitoring tools for network equipment and servers.
• Maintaining and administering server-related activities such as patching, updates.
